HOW DOES AN E-CIGARETTE WORK?
When the user inhales through the device, the air flow is detected by a sensor. A microprocessor then activates an atomizer, which injects tiny droplets of the liquid into the flowing air and vapourises the nicotine. This produces a vapor mist which is inhaled by the user. The microprocessor also activates an orange LED at the tip to simulate real smoking.
REFILL CARTIDGESOne refill catridge is equivalent to more than 300 mouthfuls of an ordinary cigarette. This is equal to about 20 – 30 cigarettes (1 to 1.5 boxes) This may vary according to individual. Again, be wary of certain models where their refills may last only up to 150 mouthfuls or less. A. Each refill cartridge lasts the equivalent to 20 cigarettes. Once the cap from a cartridge is removed they can dry out over time. Also, individuals tend to have different inhalation habits and therefore the exact time a cartridge lasts will vary by user.
Q. How will I know when a nicotine cartridge needs to be replaced?
A. When inhaled, no vapor will be present. Upon checking, the liquid in the cartridge is dry. This will let you know you need to replace the cartridge.
Q. Do you need to turn on the electronic cigarette?
A. No, when inhaled the electronic cigarette will automatically activate. There is no on/off switch.
Q. How long does a battery last?
A. The battery life will vary greatly with use, but on average 1 to 3 days under normal use. The electronic cigarette comes with 2 batteries and a charger so you never need to go without your electronic cigarette.
Q. Will the electronic cigarette help me quit smoking?

Q. My E-Cigarette is not working as it should. What should I do? A. Any electronic device needs some kind of maintenance. Over time, the atomizer might be flooded with liquid. Every few days, unscrew the atomizer and drain it overnight by turning it upside down on a piece of paper towel. Put the part facing the battery on the paper towel. You can even choose to do this every night before you go to bed. Your sales agent will demonstrate this to you upon purchase. Contact your sales agent if you still face any problems.
